THE U.S. GOVERNMENT WILL NOT HELP THE POOR!
THE JOBLESS, HOMELESS AND STARVING MUST "HELP THEMSELVES!"

GOVERNMENT AID is PHONEY BALONEY. The jobless person can get $190$ FOOD STAMPS (SNAP) in CALIFORNIA. A FAMILY that is able to rent a room can get welfare but now Trump says the adult must work for it and it's only 5 yrs. (l Yr in Connecticut). A single person cannot get welfare UNLESS he's on the street, under a bridge. ONLY PARENTS and KIDS can get PUBLIC AID. I raised four children with public aid and ONLY if you clean other people's homes can you survive. But odd how rich householders don't want your four kids in their place while you clean it. SO WHAT CAN A MOTHER DO? I did Astrology, my main hobby as a Younster. Worked parties reading palms. And I found that witha little ingenuity, the poor person lives the life of Riley here in America. Ferinstance. I just saw an Irish cooking show on my digital converter box TV (free TV btw,) and at this little outdoor farmers' market, potatoes cost a fortune. A Kilo or  2.5 pounds went for 8 pounds sterling like 14$ us cy.-- I was horrified! Here l0 lbs of taters on sale are 99c. IRELAND HOME OF THE POTATO and each spud's a BUCK!

Here in America there are 'loss leader' bargains in every flyer, sent free to my door weekly full of technicolor ads depicting whole chickens, 89c an Lb. -- or a bag of l0 lbs of chicken legs/thighs called 'quarters' -- 69c. lb. (I freeze two to a bag, make them last.) Cats and I share the meat, as it's way cheaper than tinned catfood. Possums and feral cats (two nests near me,) get skin and kibble. Possums get the bones.

A special at a nearby Lebanese market, 4 lbs of yogurt, a dollar a pound. Persian or Hindu, btw, the real deal. These were sales at local markets. Onions 25c lb. Celery last week, 33c for a big bunch. Romaine 50c. I grow purslane, swiss chard, salad, garlic year round as renting a house gives a free gym and free food.I used to DUMPSTER DIVE and could feed TEN families on what we'd get. Small grocery stores would give you 50 lbs of day old food. Bread came from them and BAKERIES. I had a route of poor people when I had a car. Once I lay a loaf of whole wheat on a sleeping hobo woman at midnight. A Mercedes pulled to a stop and I saw driver guy, made the GIVE ME MONEYTHUMB RUB and whatever bill he gave me, smiling,I put in the woman's POCKET.Great moment. POVERTY IS FULL OF THEM.

We American impoverished who have to live on less than 1000$ a month are packing more nutrition, flavor, wallop into our lives -- with less cost-- than poor people anywhere.  (*SEE "MASTERING THE ART OF CHEAP EATING " file...) And if a Poor, disabled or senior person is a WILY COYOTE, he can hunt for SUPER MARKETS that have bargains or markdowns, and eat fairly well. And then there's  dumpster diving. TIP: Go in a group. Heavy lifting. (Lid, crates of good food)

American poor people can feast if the family has a home (Many live in cars.) Or has a kitchen. A stove, A fridge. But many do not. They live in motels by the week, or sleep in their cars. Only those who can cook nutritious meals will be energized for the battle against the Giant Suppressive Weenie Monsters (the Masters of the Universe) who look for every chance to raise the cost of food, rent, utilities and steal from our families any chance of a leg up via PUBLIC AID,  dearth of college grants, free student parking, lower rents, taxes, less DMV rigamarole, and all kinds of forced exploitation like car insurance and now forced HMO's-- thusly exploiting the poor with endless, wily regulations, licenses, fines, fees. And NO AID to non bankers, non Wall Streeters.

Consider the so-called AID to the poor that the American GOV supposedly gives. HELP from the GOV is a fat RUMOR. Apply for ANY KIND OF aid, U-run Apache Gauntlet. Want SS disability? Multiple doctor visits = mult. turndowns. Grief'll kill-U. After yrs of petitioning, you get 500$ a month SSI. THEN, state won't give foodstamps to you as that meager stipend puts-U way over earning limit. H.E.A.P is another fraud. One in 100 gets UTILITY aid after forced Doctor visits/letters, costly notaries, xeroxes, postage.  What impov senior has postage stamps and a car & can get to P.O, pay Doctor/ Xerox/ Notary? They demand proof of income. You don't have a W-2 as you don't work, how do you prove what you do not have? Then, HEAP aid: every 2 yrs, one elec.bill gets paid. ONCE. A SINGLE TIME! It's like VAN ACCESS. Who has 5$ for  a ride and they make you go to gov offices all day and wait with hundreds of people to qualify. The one I was sent to, 25 miles away. And then the farce of MEALS ON WHEELS. 8$ a single meal? What senior has 8$ for one meal, that's the WEEK OF FOOD RIGHT THERE. Fantasy that there's a world where poor have the ability to pay those prices 21 times a week (that's 3meals a day) much less 84 times a month? That 8$ meal PRICE TAG cost (IF I HAD IT) has to last me ONE WEEK of walking to market, buying off 'half price' shelf and checking dumpster and walking home again. Most seniors can't afford licensing, insurance to run a car. I raised 4 kids as a single mother, never worked, welfare was 220$ then, now I have only 340$ a month tho no more welfare, it's SOCIAL SECURITY PENSION derived from a few TV shows I did in the 60's.  And now the Soc Security system is talking about cutting that mini pension.

OTHER SCAMS run by so-called HELP-the-poor agencies? Access Para Transit? Long trip to DOWNTOWN for doctor 'review' takes entire day, waiting around with l00 other people many paralyzed, in wheel chairs, some comatose...(carried in by family members,.. that's just to qualify --then IF YOU "MAKE THE GRADE", you must pay 5$ each single time you need a ride. Bus IS free but only front half of day!

The Bureaucrats who run these 'giveaways' make fortune in salaries. They are federally funded BUT they don't disperse the money $ !! reminding me of my chunky cat BEAVIS who sits on l8 lb BAG OF KIBBLE, sleeps ON IT making certain that no other cat can get into that bag.

FERINSTANCE. LOS ANGELES has two 'free' "help the goofy, demented' clinics. DEDE HIRSCH CLINIC and THALIANS CLINIC at CEDARS SINAI. (Movie star chorus lines and costly banquets supposedly pay for this charity so that rich Beverly Hills WIVES  can serve the poor.)  Dream on! These two DOGS (of the clinic variety) SIT ON VAST KIBBLE BAGS OF MOOLA yet both charge 150$ an hour for a single meeting w. your schizy teen -- so it's guaranteed that the child goes untreated. He lights fire to the shed, PUBLIC PRETENDER makes him claim INSANITY and that teen will get 17 yrs in a madhouse (HE IS STILL NOT OUT) when as PUBLIC DEFENDER told us, PRISON and a guilty plea would have been six months but this evil lawyer said, 'oh prison is so tough.' She never warned that madhouses can keep a child FOREVER. No way out. A GREAT CHILD, a GREAT SON, kindest of all my children, but we were foodless and vitaminosis causes schizophrenia. JUST FOOD would have cured him. KEPT him from a madhouse.

But then, LIFE in the city is the ultimate madhouse or prison. SHAKEDOWNS come daily by City inspectors. You let your trees grow too much, we'll charge you $4,000 to cut them back if you don't cut them. And if you're 75 years old, so F'n WHAT? Or 'those cars look old,' you have to get rid of them. City confiscates senior-mobiles even if they sit in driveway in sight of street waiting for us to get 100$ to fix them.

Worse, when granny can't afford the current DMV tag/reg fees calculated off BLUEBOOK value even if yours is a dented heap with street value half Bluebook --they confiscate the car, but they simultaneously give you a traffic Ticket for no tags that (*when you cannot fix it, buy insurance, pay registration,) will shoot to PLUS PENALTIES more than $2000, also they bill you for  TOWING of confiscated car --- TO GET CAR out of  CITY LOT. And for that, you must pay $3000 and even if you cannot get the vehicle back, it is slowly TWICE that sum with multiple fines from the Tow service. So  The U.S. Governm't State Federal or CITY gov? ???? Ptoooey on them. Santimonious $&%$)!+#(%* MAY THE MUSLIMS TAKE THEM DOWN. YOU THINK MUSLIMS WOULD MAKE LAWS LIKE THIS CONSIGNING SENIORS to starvation, illness, no heat in winter, no a.c. in summer, no shoes, no roof?  (SEE MORE HORRORS OF CITIES DOING CAR IMPOUNDING.)
