Before you scream 'ADOLPH', check the numbers. There were 730,000 abortions last year. Save those lives, in twenty years time, there would be 14 million state-owned 'soldiers' who could be trained from childhood into useful fields: scientific, AGRARIAN SPECIALISTS --maybe to go into THIRD WORLD FAMINE AREAS. Trained as ORPHAN-RAISERS for state nurseries, or SENIOR CARE home specialists. (Big tidal wave of Boomers coming). Or prefab-home builders for Ghetto homeless or rural flight communities.
They would not be indentured servants; they'd get free food, apartment, clothing for life. Charge-a-plates, Cars and PRESTIGE, spending limits depending on work they did.
Hey, I'd want to be born into that group! As workers they could ease URBAN crowding, ease SENIOR CARE SPENDING, FIX our current paucity of sturdy, disciplined, educated, healthy, UN-NEUROTIC WORKERS who are willing to do hard labor without getting bent about being 'lower case.'
THESE orphans WOULD literally owe the state for their LIVES and be encouraged philosophically to 'work it off', like the indentured have done since Bible times.
They would be raised to ignore the psychologically disturbing ghost of parents who never wanted them, with a very nurturing SECURITY from a NEW JOB CATEGORY: ORPHAN 'HOUSE MOTHERS.' How many elderly women living on a chicken bone pension would be grateful for a job at a State Kibbutz?
The children raised there would have an affectionate 'scout leader' and most would be grateful for life itself and a CARING STATE supplying all needs. I'm betting 99% of them would be in step with the plan past age l8. I mean comparing their condition to the world of 2040 or 2050, 15 billion people expected, most in big cities, ravening hordes of even 'more accidental' people than they.
Those who figured it out would go on with higher education and not 'bolt'. i.e. FLEE that system. or WELCH on the system. I know it's ugly Huxleyian/ Nazi Genetic experiments in tone but that's 14 million babies we didn't kill. 14 million children that were SHAPED by a unified system, like the KIBBUTZES, where true, the Jews do see parents on week-ends. Here, on week-ends, they'd go to WATERWORLD or THE BEACH HOUSE with video games.
Is the Contemporary family SUCH A SUCCESS in all cases that it statistically could BEAT an organized ORPHAN SYSTEM?
