HOW TO  CHANGE YOUR KARMA and GET LUCKY !

The very sensitive, aware 'sighted' Hindus knew that you could 'make friends'  with Good Karma and the passed on Saints: FEEDING HUNGRY HUMANS AND ANIMALS. Thusly, you could win heaven over not just to your needs, goodness or point of view, but to LISTENING TO YOU when you suggest to Him or his Angels that they STEP IN, for INSTANT EMERGENCIES of all kinds. And as a side effect,  give you a better batting average in the good luck department. So How was this to be done? Three ways: A.) by pleasing the non corporeal entitites with dramatic JESUS WORK whenever a chance came up.  B.) by actually entertaining Him and the Angels,  by never complaining, not even in your thoughts. By being a shiny happy face, good mood,  creative, funny and sharing with them, MIND-talking to them all the time, and never pouting, asking for stuff. Just being amusing. And C.) by doing 'good works'  or charity.

Do ALL THREE at the same time you can VASTLY  improve your karma. So NUMBER ONE WAY to do charity? Feed anybody who's starving, hobos, animals beggars. (Don't mean to put them last!) That one means going to the park occasionally with a bag of fresh made sandwiches, paper cups and a thermos of hot black Colombian coffee and quietly make your offerings to the hobos. No chat up required.

Now if you are on a budget with no smokes, no crazy COSTLY COFFEE from the island of Extravaganza, no fatty ham, steaks, croissant or French jams? Save a few dollars to pay for some ANIMAL FEEDING as you know what the Hindus came up with as the prime method for LUCK? Feeding and putting water out for the wild birds. A 5-lb bag of bird seed is 6$ and it lasts a few weeks. Go without ONE VIRGINIA ham you save ten times that amount!

I'm STARVING UP HERE! PUHLEEZE FEED ME!

My FEEDING BIRDS started when I got a file emailed me, telling of an ancient Indian guru, talking of ways to change your luck, your personal 'police record', (the Akashic record) purging its pages of any bad karma from other lives, even.

Your clean-up chore supposedly would involve or INTEREST an Angel or passing Deva or something, who'd spot your good heart as you fed some lovely bird. Then the angel would go into your actual past akashic record and enter into the record your good deeds, which would clean matters up, ON THE SPOT. And then, instead of suffering more insults from fate, that angel shows God that you paid the karmic bill and God signs it and your luck changes.

The sole trick to change your karma was to give fresh water and food to the birds daily. (Or the homeless, same idea.) Well, hey! That was do-able! So I went to bakeries at night after Prime time tv. The workers gave me all unsold loaves. I drove the area finding tramps asleep in the city park. I particularly remember one old woman asleep on a bus bench. I pull up in my 30 yr old Honda, put a loaf next to her. A white Mercedes coupe pulls up at the stoplight. I make the MONEY sign with my fingers. Rich guy gave me a fiver which I put in her pocket. Great moment.

Still had dozens of loaves, so next day I'd hit the nearby apartments of poor single mothers of my acquaintance. Stray Moms. But Mostly I fed stray cats, (cooked chicken,) possums got the skin bones of the chicken... For me boiled chicken in a tortilla was a good meal. SO ONE POT FOR ALL OF US.  Meaning EASY But the easiest one, --no car driving to bakeries and parks, no grease on my fingers, no dishes to do........I fed the birds and let me tell you, after a few weeks of leaving birdseed around the garden, my luck changed, bigtime!

A yoga teacher pal got tired of a ROCK DIVA client. I got this  huge movie star, rock star as a gift. (I am an astrologer) My income went way way up. She was with me 8 yrs until her DIVA MAJESTY got into a snit. But it's still paying off years later with a CLASS ACTION SUIT against LAPD for her P.I. using a cop for 345 different look-ups in city records. Million dollar Tort case.

So may I suggest a basic LUCK-ACHIEVING technique: Hit the 99c store for a bag of seed, Get outside on a chair out there and place a bird feeder or plastic plate NAILED IN way up high where cats cannot get it or get the birds and there you leave leave crumbs and wild bird seed, CANARY seed is a very good one, or parakeet, as it's small-ish. Bird feeders are great but if you don't have one, a pie tin placed on a horizontal jutting lanai or car port roof or in a tree works.

 May I suggest another FEEDING maneuver. A FUN ONE. I'd always dig in the garden, find huge abundant JUNE BUG LARVAE, big as your pinkie, and these guys destroy my fig crops! I'd put ten in a cup, WHISTLE TIL MY CALIFORNIA MOCKINGBIRDs showed up ---they learned to recognize this whistle! I'd do a big dramatic gesture of throwing the LARVAE to the street and BINGO, MOCKINGBIRDS would swoop in this slow mo gorgeous parabola and BEAK THE THING.

It got so I'd do sidewalk shows for the kiddies, the neighbors. TRAINED BIRDS in a dramatic KAMIKAZE DIVE on this wiggling larvae, ONE BITE PECK/ SWALLOW or carry it away to a fence top to hammer the thing.AND JUNE BUGS do ruin your fig tree fruit every damn summer. SO I WISHED THEM ILL. This birdie chomp fest was just what they deserved.

In the 90's when I had a car, I  added considerably to my bird feeding  and saved money by going to the baker's huge trash dumpster on my way back from market. Every baker would throws a dozen there and I knew of several bakeries. I learned their 'nights.' One supplied super markets, so it's one night a week that he set out all those unsold loaves on his back porch table. ( Most bakeries throw away a few loaves of bread nightly in dumpster. I'd ask the Mexican night workers to not do that. I'd come on any night they said. I said clearly that I didn't resell --- that I gave them to starving people. This particular bakery left the loaves on top of the many bags of flour, crates of onions and onion waste (This guy made onion pizza breads, stores send the excess back. It wasn't quite right for humans so I'd feed the crows who got a really bad deal out of West Nile Virus for a year there. They needed all the good food they cold get. I freeze these bags of bread, take out one loaf, one a day for the crows. Wet it with cats chicken broth.

IN the old days, turkey burger was 99c a pound. Now it's 3x that. But When I finished simmering turkey burger and kale & carrots for the cats, I'd use the broth for the crow bread mush which got thrown to crows at their feeding hour.  I learned that FOUR CAWS meant food, signaled them and they learned I was a regular. I'd carry the soaked bread to fence, yell 'caw caw' imitating the birds' cry for "I've found food gang!" And one crow will come and she'll start cawing to the others. And soon, they're all eating soggy bread balls. This keeps them so fat they don't have to kill baby birds of smaller species, which crows do in hunger times or get starving & catch West Nile. (Littering streets with crow bodies.)

Now in 2019, chicken parts are 69c to 79c an lb, I boil 'quarters.  Bones and skin of chicken go to the POSSUMS who appear later to dine . Broth is fridged then fat skimmed off for SOAP MAKERS or bagged for trash. BROTH and some cat kibble go to TWO DOGS next door who are the village burglar alarms at 2 AM VERY USEFUL.

Feed all those groups daily When I had a car I also visited bakeries for their stale bread. Mold isn't PRESENT in day old bread, I am told, takes a few days in a PLASTIC BAG in warm weather for it to arrive. ANYWAY MOLD is not a problem for birds. Most bakeries are full of workers all night, and they will go root out the TOMORROW-'throwaway' loaves. There are usually a few.  One night the loaves given me by the bakers at the BEVERLYWOOD BAKERY were so fresh that I began distributing them to single mothers in my area and tramps sleeping on bus benches. Motor running, I leapt from the car, as I placed it upon a sleeping, homeless old lady, a guy in a Mercedes came to a stop, gave me the highsign. I made the finger rubbing money sign, and said 'you give me money for her,' pointing to the supine woman. He pulled out a buck. I darted out into traffic, which was stopped at a red light, got the money and put it in her pocket while he watched. One of life's neat moments.

I am in the VALLEY these days; We don't have the homeless which L.A. has but we have huge flocks of crows out here in the valley to the north of L.A. The other eve I saw a huge racoon with a mask climb the tree outside on my curb strip after dining on my soaked bread. I made a mammal happy! That little guy probably ate up a few lifetimes of my worst karma. And I feed 14 cats so they won't Leap on BIRDS. ( See THE PET INDEX, NEVER NEED A VET)

So as you look at the little yellow bird below, let his eyes tell you how little food is out there in spring, just when they're building nests and laying their eggs. And motivate you to check bakeries in your area, and find out what day the bread returns come. Or maybe make an arrangement with baker about old bread or even unused dough. Roll it in to a thin sheet, bake. Then soak in your vegie water, vitaminized! or broths from cooking for your pets. Serve to a chorus of happy peeps!

THANK YOU SO MUCH! MISTER HUMAN BEING. NEXT LIFETIME I'll be your personal friend! This lifetime I just can thank you and beg the Gods  treat you real nice, cuz YOU SHARE! (munch munch!) DELICIOUS BREAD! SEEDS, chopped fruit. WOW! TOFU! WEIRD STUFF! But very filling.

 FEED THE WILD ANIMALS! My senior friend Robert, ex programmer, a liver cancer survivor, spine surgery with his vertebrae rebuilt with industrial parts, and coming apart lately left the city, went to live in the Sierra Madre mountains near Reno. This was around 1999. HE was a tough, irritated fellow and stayed abrasive by email for a few years, but  now, 18 years later, the man's an angel. He feeds several families of bears, deer, racoons, skunks  who come nightly. And his own tribe of house cats. He has built sheds/doghouses, in/out cat doors to his house and turns away nobody.

All but raccoons will come right up to him, eat out of his hand, but he sets out huge plates, too. He wrote me:"Went through another 50 pounds of grain for the deer tonight. It's in away getting out of control but it keeps them healthy.Without my help many would starve. I found the deer don't travel that far and stick rather close to home. I was adding up how much food I've bought this month. 450 pounds of grain, 105 pounds of alfalfa, 75 pounds of cat food, 100 pounds of sunflower seeds and a big bag of cat kibble & the month's not over. After moving two bags of grain, 50 pounds each my back isn't feeling so well." 

READER:  Please send this saint of a man a fiver. Then you can forget about feeding your homeless tramps, sleeping hobos, birds, coons, bears, possums, feral cats as he'll feed about two dozen animals off your donation. And you get all that good luck karma back.
