The Incas had a way of doing a smashing prefrontal lobotomy. They'd insert a straw up the nostril and suck the brain right out of the skull through the nose leaving the patient smiling and quite lifelike. Kind of like what CEOS do to the profits of modern day corporations Til now it's seemed that we had no way to stop them but they are bad boys and they need stronger parenting. Righteous Moms throttle kids' butts all the time. Dads take the offender out behind the barn and shake the offender good and read the little truant the Riot act.

What can the People do to teach transnationals not to steal the value of the business, cannibalize the corp, juggle the accounts and steal life savings from stockholders, small investors and literally suck the corporation's cortex out through a straw into their own pockets?

That's a nobrainer, forgive the Inca metaphor! PUNISH 'EM! What if it became LAW that any CEO caught sucking the marrow out of a publicly trade corporation into his own pocket through bookjuggling or false debt or huge bonuses/ salaries would immediately make THAT corporation a candidate for EXPROPRIATION into a FEDERAL CORPORATION PROTECTION PROGRAM.

It's a very simple-to-understand "YOU BROKE IT, WE BOUGHT IT" relocation program that only answers to and /or pays SMALL STOCKHOLDERS off. The BIG GUYS on the BOARD all lose their stock and fines are proscribed as penalties which take 90% of their personal fortunes leaving them with a condo and a Chevvie.

Wouldn't that improve the viability of the STOCK MARKET currently reeling from all this NOT SO PETTY Wall Street LARCENY?

EXPROPRIATION is our new vocabulary word today and though it  used to be a commie move  reserved for the Czar and for Russia. In Lenin's hands, it worked. In Stalin's it didn't. (Thirty million farmers murdered when ole Joe took their farms).

Expropriation as a concept has remained part of an arsenal tried by nationalist "colonies" --reserved for its colonizers the Transnationals, who were mining, cutting, harvesting and generally poaching, kind of like a flea kicking off a bloodless dog that afforded the flea nary a meal so 'dog I fire you.' Vietnam was secretly a case of that. The USA knew that the biggest oil pool on the planet was just offshore and the dog wouldn't let go of the flea. Took Whitey  forty years to get it back but today the seven sister are draining it. (NAM OIL)

WHICH EIGHT? I only remember Marxist CHILE and Marxist RUSSIA. I want to know who the other six lucky colonies were. Some serious oops there for third world nationalists who consider the resources should be for the benefit of the  locals. This gambit is known by critics as the "Pay the Polluter" principle, and  would send a chill over new environmental protections across the globe and of course resource conservationists who feel gold, uranium rights belong to the Gente Local.

You just gotta read the BIG GUYS who write about the tool of EXPROPRIATION. I'd like to --but I'm old and my brain no longer rachets into the zone with a simple third world coffee bean. I can barely point you young minds onto the highway of fruitful research and ask that you follow the GOOGLE signs with these new key words.
