KRAMER HAD TO KNOW that If JETS HAD BOMBED THE CONVOY,  THE TOPS OF THE 18 trucks HIT would have been decimated and there'd BE CRATERS underneath trucks from BOMBS. NONE OF THAT HAPPENED, no craters were found. SO we get that the CIA IS BAD at what it does.

Is there any film to prove the jets dropped bombs? Jets don't bazooka, mortar or lob shells sideways and no craters were found under the trucks. 20 humans dead and you allege it was MOSCOW?
