LOS ANGELES JUDGE SENTENCES AGONIZED, PREGNANT MOTHER FOR KITTEN RESCUE CRIME that SHE DIDN'T DO! OUT OF STRESS, SHE MISCARRIES IN COURT! JUDGE STILL MAKES HER CLEAN FREEWAYS TO PAY FOR WHAT SHE DIDN'T DO!
A few days ago, in a Los Angeles Courtroom, I watched a young, pregnant woman who loved animals sentenced to JAIL for cruelty to animals. She'd rescued her own kitten from a crazy woman, a kitten her two children loved too much to see stolen. This mother had been sentenced to and had finished 25 very costly ($875.00 ) court-mandated classes for 'cruelty to animals' yet that CRIME was NOT what she'd done at all! Her only sin, NEVER having being cruel to an animal ever -- was the heroic re-possessing of a kitten stolen by a neighbor, (a drunk woman with a long arrest record for violence.) The young woman took back a kitten which drunk had gifted to her and her 2 grammar school age children --many months earlier. The drunken neighbor woman entered the family's home, helped herself to a freshly delivered pizza, the family routed her out. For revenge, the neighbor changed her mind and grabbed the kitten. Instantly, the young mother went over to the enemy's apartment, picked up her kitten, was cornered by two drunken men. She had to run upstairs and leap off a balcony, to get out, the kitty in arms. She landed fine and ran home. Nobody was hurt. Her actions were heroic, not cruelty at all. Yet the cop believed the neighbor in spite of the truth told by all witnesses and the obvious weeping children and wrote up the crime report blindly called her crime 'cruelty to animals' and insane prosecutors tried her (in a half dozen separate court room procedures, arraignments, continuances, requiring the young Target Sales Clerk Mom leave work, do hundreds of miles of travel on buses,) then the court sent her to 25 MANDATORY CLASSES AT THE INFAMOUS HARMONY FAMILY SCHOOL a NAZI CREATION run by a kindly Argentinian JEW WHO LET ME OFF on KITTY PROTECTING but those classes were costing $625, all far from her home, forcing her AGAIN to travel across one of the biggest cities in the entire world. When the poor frazzled girl, (now pregnant,) got fired from her job at Target and couldn't come up with the final 'sign off' balloon payment of $250.00, making it 875$ blood money total (and certainly lost food that her family would never eat, --) the judge threatened her with twenty days in jail! I was there and heard him and saw this! The judge speculated in court that as he was willing to throw her in the cooler, maybe her family could somehow raise the money?? She replied that her family was busy taking care of her two grammar school age children, and that she had paid the 625 $ in classes and was extremely broke. She recounted how she'd been fired from her job at Target Stores --no doubt for taking time off to do 8 court hearings and 25 classrooms. Judge didn't budge and the girl began crying. I could feel my scalp moving backwards over my head with the urge I had to scream. When she sat down in the visitor area again, I leaned over and advised 'stay calm at any cost; this kind of psychic pain can penetrate to the unborn child and make the child psychologically unstable. I needn't have worried. An hour later, the baby was dead. She left the courtoom, started cramping and bleeding at the bus stop and lost the fetus before she got home. A few weeks later, she had to have cleanup surgery done.
WHAT IS THIS OBSESSION of the justice department to grabbing innocents with muddled evidence and with the issue of CRUELTY TO ANIMALS? CONSIDER CRUELTY TO HUMANS! - Every woman onlooker in that court knew that if a son were born out of this young woman's stress, he would be traumatized forever and probably be 'the walking wounded' and turn out to be a psychotic CHARLIE MANSON who'd hate authority! (NOTE: this is what America does to the entire third world, really, plaguing them with unrighteous horrors and starvation.) A woman cannot go through traumatic things when pregnant. Everyone sensible knows that except L.A. court judges and prosecutors, I guess. So no wonder we have a world full of weirdos here in America. Highest amount of serial killers short of the CONGO!
But here's the capper. After the LOSS of her BABY, this grieving, mistreated woman still had to go back to court many times more & pick an alternate punishment for not making the balloon payment: cleaning city parks of trash. The Judge wouldn't let her off. She's now working for the city for no salary, utter slave work, allowing Los Angeles to fire the 20$ an hour workers, the same thing they use WELFARE MOTHERS for. Single mothers pay for their food stamps by working 20 hours a week in city offices or cleaning freeways, always leaving latch key kids at home while real city workers get fired. Miss Carry Mommy is carrying again, lifting huge bags into trucks, cramping and now she faces another surgery (A D&C) to get remains of placenta out of her body. ( I'd gotten the girl's email address while we sat together in court; that's how I heard the later details of this tragedy.)
How can it be that a neighbor woman gifts someone with a kitten. Two children loved the cat, the single mother did too, two months later the drunken neighbor changes her mind wants kitten back, young Mommy refused, the neighbor bitch grabbed the kitty and runs. The Heroic Mommy followed to save the kitten. Two male family members of the drunk NEIGHBOR blocade the HEROIC girl in their apartment, she ran upstairs with the kitten and leapt off a 9' balcony and ran. The neighbor calls the cops who come immediately and take her to the jail and the kitty to the pound leaving two children bereft and screaming. They will always hate cops, authority, judges and the Government for sure! And with reason. Their meddling caused family dysfunction.

Besides the fact that courts, judges, cops, prosecutors and inept, fearful public pretenders are locking up heads of family, --- shaming them before their families and children, answering slavishly to vengeful neighbors' false allegations, conducting ten trials instead of one, forcing working stiffs to make 10 court visits where they waste an entire day each time while Judge repairs to his office every half hour (for God knows what), forcing the accused to return for another nine follow ups and to pay food/rent money for unneeded classes, again taking days of time and travel so that the head of family finally get fired and evicted onto the street with his children. BESIDES THAT meddling in and a destroying the equanim of the poorest citizens of our country, and grabbing ferocious amounts of money for these foolish HARMONY FAMILY classrooms, ---here's what YOU want to take away from this story: THE PLAINTIFF who first calls the cops is always listened to. The presumption is, the plaintiff is sane and his outrage is holy and the accused is a criminal! Napoleonic Law is where the accused is assumed guilty from the gitgo. That's what we have here in America as the accused will never get a jury trial. The trials cities have are NOT jury trials. They are size-ups for looting! Their entire SHAM trial will be based on one thing, THE COP'S REPORT which is totally what the angry, vituperitive PLAINTIFF feeds to the idiot quick-fire, high-rage cop who instantly is gunning for the accused. The squeeze on the victim, the installation of a faucet, and then the draining the body of MONEY.The PUBLIC DEFENDER in court will turn out to be a helpless robot who will not dare to come up against his confreres in this seven man tight little 'OFFICE' and who will rubber stamp what plaintiff alleged in the initial cop-report, just as Prosecutors and D.A. wish. The public defender never interferes one bit in the case. The accused will never read or hear the criminal report, never even know what mendacious details might be in the accusation or get a single chance to open his/her mouth, except in one meeting with public defender and whatever accused says will never be mentioned in court, not one detail of it. If accused demands his right to a trial, he is instantly told by prosecutor, "yes but these charges can earn you X amount of time in jail, (a huge amount of jail time if you lose,) and do you trust a jury to find for you?" The accused is hit by this vision of prison-lightning bolt, every single time. The D.A. then offers a deal involving some reduction of charges if he just pleads guilty right now and boy oh boy, the accused whose knees have melted, instantly takes it. It is a barbaric and antiquated system. Well practiced, on part of DA's, too.
So -- if and when you have a problem with a neighbor and a pet is involved, remember that there is only one cubby hole for "THE PEOPLE" to stick your crime in. It's animal cruelty and it's lucrative for the city to prosecute it that way. Or as Animal Hoarding, also cruelty. CRUELTY raises the hackles of the judge (who skim the initial cop-report for one minute while on the bench. (I watched this happen, time and time again.) So basically, the prejudices of a bone head COP are all a Judge reads or hears. THE D.A. has one function, to read that cop report and see if the accused has any real evidence to the contrary of cop report which might possibly be used in a jury trial to prevent accused being BULLDOZED flat, fined, locked up in jail the way they want. And they want all that as the system PROFITS from it.
The whole court process is geared to, run by and staffed by an intimate, little 7 man office (although there are another five hidden behind the scenes, (gofers, secretaries.) TWELVE MEN but not twelve men good and true! These are profiteering robots scamming the system to try everyone in AMERICA dry. The whole phony baloney trial of any idiot these TWELVE people 'capture' has but one purpose. To suck money from bodies so they the TWELVE MAN CREW all stay EMPLOYED in six figure jobs. Think not? City Salary for a judge is 57k, State gives him an extra 179k, total of $236,000--- a quarter million a year! They are interested in money, convictions, fines, not in justice. Not for a minute. Proof, an L.A. Lawyer Richard Fine crusaded for l0 years against those quarter million dollar salaries from both state and city alleging all judges had been bribed and would never find for a litigant after the city. The judge who found him in contempt and put him in jail for 18 months was L.A. Superior Court Judge David P. Yaffe who described Fine's behavior as "irrational" and "bizarre." However Fine's supporters call him a "super American hero." Newspapers said "Former taxpayer advocate attorney Richard I. Fine has achieved a certain degree of fame - or notoriety - for his single-minded crusade against excessive pay for Los Angeles judges, a battle which may have contributed to him spending 583 days in solitary confinement for contempt of court." What I observed myself is that everyone on that 12 man courtroom staff makes a boatload of money off increased FOOT TRAFFIC, accuseds, fines and punishments that the D.A. & judge dole out, recipients being jailers, psychiatrists, translators, prosecutors, defenders, bailiffs, the Harmony Family School and the lawyers some of the more well-heeled might dig up. Get a real lawyer you have a chance to get some respect. Note the Lindsay Lohan punishment of only a token ONE night in jail on a 30 day court-mandated stretch, -- common with insider lawyers.
FEED THE FIRE MABEL, WE NEED THE MONEY! The court system seems to be a vicious Phoenician Sacrifice-to-Baal oven. The sounds of murder of citizens -- thrown in alive and screaming -- fills the court. The judge and D.A practically FEED the citizens into the flames. Humans are the calories that boil down into those high salaries the SYSTEM high priests grab. The more bodies go into the oven, the more calories generated, the more the petty tyrants and robots keep their jobs and keep themselves busy five days a week, keep their offspring in private schools, their homes in gated communities so the common man they made nuts can't get at 'em!
The big picture of WHO LOSES is every citizen living on this nightmarish, tilted gameboard. However, consider the blowback for society itself, and for the city and state which eventually will go broke. Courts are jailing and fining innocent, jobless, starving people, the worker class. An army runs on its belly and those people are much needed as a tax base, not as dependents for entitlements. Why doesn't the system go after the corrupt pols with good old boy secret handshakes, monopolies full of whispered complicity, pricesetting, war toy manufacturers, the drug and arms dealers, Wall street Tycoons, lobbyists, CEOs earning 900 times what workers earn and the war-embracing 'best politicians money can buy' who genocide our most able sons and daughters who go into the military for a little college money.
If joblessness, drugs, inflation and wars are the real virus, the blow to humanity's immune system through corrupt, venal judges and DA's going after the little guy is going to create some blowback. The first thing that one observes is the damage to the little people dealing death and poverty to people with no fall back position, counter productive to the economy. Harder to spot is that courts are laying off nailing the real criminals, the Wall street banksters and pols who collude with them.
THE COURTS are acting on a biological level like some kind of retrovirus (Defined as a bug that kills off its host.) The blowback for all of us is that society cannot function with tattered, destroyed, alienated, eviscerated, anti-authoritarian walking wounded lower tier citizens. Future tax revenues become affected. The neurotic children of the destroyed go on to destroy with neurosisi and crime. Workers with some frivolous charge on their record will never find a job anywhere again. Federal and State Government will end up PAYING for the psychic damages they so carelessly dealt to the parents or the children who watched their pets gassed, their mother led away in cuffs & jailed. Or their Daddy jailed for stealing food. That child will grow up twisted, anti-authoritarian, bitter. The parent will be jobless forever after, never to give decent food or home to his family. The starving kids have 'disenfranchised feelings' and end up comitting more and worse crimes, spiralling into depression, hopelessness and ultimately thrown onto public welfare. Society loses when venal lawyers run the system to please the salary giving city or state and simply 'find' for litigants who sustain their lifestyles. Yet the prosecutors and the DA's call themselves "The PEOPLE." They swear on a bible they're doing "the people's bidding". That is backwards lingo, utter untruth to the point of absurdity. Orwellian truths like: War is peace. Freedom is slavery. Ignorance is strength kind of stuff.
The true truth is that "The People" are destroying human beings and society with their every breath! The courts wrap themselves sanctimoniously in the FLAG just to keep believing their own self-exonerating claptrap while every judge earns six figures. Put these lawyers on a FREUD-O-METER, you'll see they actually THIRST for and welcome a tidal wave of "culprits" so that they can remain fat cats. Show them your virgin sister. They'll see she's a culprit for something! Get cops who'll arrest dust, the Judges and D.A's will be be happy.
Where and how the PEOPLE revealed their lawlessness to me is when I saw "Pregnant Gal's" crime was anything BUT cruelty. She rescued her own children's kitten from a mean drunk Indian Giver. The second thing I observed in that court was that a second crazy definition practiced by L.A. Law courts is to call anything over 3 adult pets in a house "HOARDING". You can feed pets caviar and steak, that's cruelty if there are more than three eating steak.
Cruelty to the poor by the rich is going on at Nazi proportions. Every citizen in America is the Law Court's Jew. Your children will weep over their gassed babies. Dog pounds are Nazi institutions a caged death row.The rescuer of animals will watch as his baby is gassed, or make sophie's choices between pets he must sacrifice so another might live. Though usually the pound takes every last one. The Jew will be forced to attend 52 classes in a concentration camp so bleak and sorrowful that students showing up each week grow vacant stares and run home to press needles into veins to forget the experience until the next week rolls around.
So that the victimized Citizen learns to "sin no more" he will be charged 800$ to 1500$ for dreary, repetitive 'psych out why you hoarde animals' classes --- meaning you lose your job, your kids will starve and go crazy from vitaminosis and starvation. And being orphaned in the case of single parents sentenced to 52 meetings half a city away while fairly INVISIBLE, will as all the manifestations of this PARENT'S CRIME will UTTERLY shock the life, mind and future of a boy or girl.
Any accused person would rather be on the RACK than go through such classes. Worse, the jail time and fines. Ask the graceful, kind Zsuzsa Blakely who rescued l7 lost, roaming, ownerless dogs, fed, loved and cared for them. The SPCA noticed her talking about 'holistic healing for pets' at Animal Activist meetings, reported her to L.A. Animal Regulation. The 'authorities' didn't take to holistic healing healthfood diets and hey, she had over 3 animals! She was easily busted and charged $400 thousand dollars, a SUM that (BELIEVE THIS IF YOU CAN,) was to GO TO THE very SPCA who'd reported her! Cash was ostensibly for the 'care and feeding' of those 17 dogs! That is a conflict of interest worthy of the THIRD REICH! If the Innocence Project were watching, that scam would merit an appeal and a Supreme Court Decision. You are the SPCA, you get to bust a gal and walk away with her life savings? Her HOUSE? HER CAMERAS and computers? THEY DID. THIS HAPPENED In America? In the 21st century? DAMN CAT NAZIS! * ZsuZsa was ALSO given six months in jail, a penalty some NAZI thought commensurate with her doggie do-good saintliness.
The halls of Law do not exactly abound with urban legends of Cruella de Ville's, those lethal cat hoarder scumballs, (There was one recently in Philadelphia, another in Boston, one in the West) bust these nutjobs are rare. One raised cash donations off a lot of underfed and sometimes dead cats. These cases (scarse though they BE) seem to lodge in the frontal lobes of judges and prosecutors who can no longer evaluate the reality of the millions of families who simply love and care for their multiple pets. It's not short memories in the dogFuzz. It's that the "PEOPLE's" view of crime can be traced to the profits gov employees make if YOU are a criminal and they can punish you and keep each other lucratively employed punishing you too. The court room I watched had 7 full time employees, 1 court reporter, several translators who came in and out, and secretaries galore behind the scenes in the Judge's office where he kept going every twenty minutes to either bang secretaries or watch twenty minutes to a half hour of soap operas or tivo'd games. Everyone in the courtroom had to wait while he did whatever he was up to.
Why did they let a radical girl reporter IN to observe all this? Google my name; they shoulda known who was lurking. There are 7,000 ONLINE articles I did blowing the whistle on all sorts of official criminals at different websites. I was there as I had committed a similar sort of being 'sweet to kitties' non-crime. I'd gone to get MY stolen kitty back from a lady who'd killed a Calico that she stole two months before (leaving my adorable old HANNAH locked in a tiled bath all winter).
You might Learn the lesson that I did -- for your own safety. Always strike first. Be the first one to report a crazy neighbor or theft or damage on any issue. It only takes ten minutes to wait for the Cop Unit to show up and is a much kinder solution for your wallet, pet and family, your job future and any concept of owning property YOU EVER WILL HAVE than letting the crazy loon escalate to calling the cops ON YOU!. You want the call on the record even if it does NOT put the offender in a courtroom. Tuff LOVE. Bite the bullet.
I had a much more vicious neighbor than her drunk with a record ruin my life for eleven long years, but she was an old crank who at age 80 looked like an Amish school principal (slight RODENT cast to her muzzle though,) a weirdo who set steel traps out at night on my property to trap my cats. She broke into my garden when I went to the market to steal kittens from nursing mothers which of course kills kittens. She regularly threatened me with Animal Reg visits in order to make me hand over baby kittens every summer so that she and her galpals could profit on their sale via their bogus cat rescue charity. I should have reported her right after she stole that second-to-last cat. She locked Hannah Piranha in her bathroom in winter on a cold tile floor for two months until my darling cat was dead. (STORY HERE) That was the day I should have reported crazy, mean Dorothy for being insane and invasive. Instead, 2 months after Hannah died, Dotty felt a lonely need to screw me over again and when I went to market, entered my garden and took that unweaned kitten and strangely, told me so by phone. An hour later. When I came over to fetch little Mr. Calvin Ruggles, my darling btw, she started screaming to bring in her pre-arranged witness. I only much later realized that I had been framed, set up. (She and two other animal activists had a cash cow 'kitty adoption ' business running in their posh little gift boutique on a Woodland Hills boulevard. A month before I'd threatened them with exposure to authorities as they blackmailed families into coughing up the kitties. Well, mainly cuz they were blackmailing and strong arming ME! The Rico Racketeering Amendment punishes blackmailing if it's combined with any illegal cash enterprise and this FRAME UP was their strike back at me.)
The mastermind, the chess brain was a local out of work, has-been actor, now an 'animal activist', Michael Bell. He funded my 80 yr old neighbor in all her Baron Munchausen vet visits, (the cash flow easily traced) and ran Monika in her 'cat adoption' charity. As Dorothy has limited chess brains, I feel that he gave Dorothy the idea to set me up, by having her steal a kitten from my garden, entice me to come over with a phone message then frame me by pressing charges on kitty theft, assault and trespassing a triple hitter intended to earn me much worse treatment from Judge/ Prosecutor DA or from "THE PEOPLE". than the pregnant mother got. Maybe even worse than the 18 months in jail dog lover Blakely got. Bell knew the Blakely story, he knew his courtrooms and he personally knew the prosecutor
After 8 separate court visits, 12 miles each across the city for me...and my demanding a jury trial, the D.A.who was a personal FRIEND of MICHAEL BELL the THIRD END of the FAKE CAT CHARITY, said 'it's he said, she said, you lose you will get l8 months in prison.' That backed me off the idea, especially when same D.A. said she'd leave off assault and kitty theft, just make it trespassing. Hey, it was a Macy's sale, I went for it. At this point, the Prosecutor wanted to assign me to 52 cat hoarding classes, at 1500$ cost. My income was 620$ a month for rent, utilities. That's social security and disability checks combined. (I was heart impaired, needed and STILL NEED open heart surgery) .
And the thing about these classes is, you fail to do one class or pay the money to the HARMONY SCHOOL, or do the balloon payment, you do jail time! (Again, for going into dotty's house to get back my kitty, in a house I'd been in a hundred times over 11 yrs, a friend's house, I thought, the D.A told me, it would be 18 months in the slammer.) I'm 70, the class is l2 miles from me, whole proposition was very costly in health, transit fare, time walking streets. LYING DOWN ON PEOPLE'S LAWNS every block...(I need mitral valve then, now add on the aorta valve replacement.) I have no car, nearest bus stop is a mile away, neighbors wouldn't drive me 12 miles, they all work full time. My four kids went to other states (Hawaii, NY) long ago. I can't walk ten feet much less ten miles without heartbeats at 120. I qualified for senior van access, a federal program for disabled but each ride costs 5$ and I eat now on 33c a day. This court did not seem to care.THEY MANDATED HARMONY SCHOOL TO ME.
It didn't matter who or what the accused was. The entire court procedure seemed to be predicated on the COP's crime report. The accused will never say a word unless he/she demands a jury trial. Then the D.A. will warn you, if you lose, BIG HUGE LONG jail sentences, so everyone backs off. The only way to fight this system off is a costly, ferocious lawyer with a track record already of suing the city! There are precious few of those, but occasionally one shows up in a news item in the paper. Mark down their names.
In my case, the only evidence entered was fatal. Crazy Dorothy nailed the cop's attention with tales of my stealing her kitten, my trespassing, alleging that I'd hit her a dozen times, causing her to go to the hospital for 3 months. (Her neighbor told me she fell off her roof, putting a tarp on holes during a rainstorm, that's why she was in hospital and it happened 3 days later.)
The obvious frame up was my first clue as to what DOROTHY was up to. She and her chum Monika (a signed on witness in this court case,) ran a kitty adoption charity called MONIKA'S ELEGANCE, a gift shop with cat cages, run with a very prominent pet activist, MICHAEL BELL, a local actor who'd once played monster Zorn on Star Trek's first pilot. The monster Zorn had created and contributed guidance to Monika's bogus charity to get his activist gal pal chum the big bucks. Monika saw the feral kitties I handed over end of summer and assumed that I was "one of their CAT VENDING coven!" She confided she got up to $450 bucks each kitty! In a gift shop that had caged kittens in it!
The LAST thing I realize or discover was PROSECUTOR was in on the frame up. (I know Bell's wife for 57 years,) Michael Bell was best boy pals with the prosecutor of my case, both go to every animal activism event that happens. Prosecutor also filed on the pregnant woman who lost baby's case... one Mr. Donald Cocek. Bell knew the legal ins and outs of locking someone up in jail for animal cruelty. While I've no proof, only cops could get his checks to Monika and Dorothy, find his phone records, Zorn probably told her how to entrap me, how to call a policeman, have a witness ready, (she did) and lure me over by her stealing a kitten, all of which she did. I feel that Bell ideated this so that he wouldn't be touched by my Rico Racketeering Amendment Exposure plan which I'd stupidly told him I would do if he didn't stop blackmailing me for unweaned infant kitties which I considered murder.. Being pulled off a Queen cat too early destroys the cat's immune system and mind, if he survives. Most don't. And he'd make me wake in middle of my sleep period to hand over kittens to him, Monika and Dorothy.
As sole evidence, I have 8 emails where Zorn/Bell threatens death to my cats if I don't hand over kitties and he CC'd each one to the woman president of Animal Regulation. So he knew that I had the evidence as did the president of Animal Reg if she were subpoenaed. As Bell/Zorn knew, too.
So Monster Zorn ideated a frame up, entering, stealing my pet cat to lure me into going up her path and banging on her door, or better, GOING IN ...i.e. trepassing. and that's all I was convicted of. Nobody believed that Dorothy got beaten up or that I stole my own cat. Just to show you not to fear fate, there's no ill wind that doesn't blow some good. Out of this horror, I became very interested in how CITIES ROUGH UP the poor, take the few DOLLARS they have, (intended for unnecessaries like food, rent utilities or education for the kiddies..) getting poor folks to spend them on much needed HOARDING classes / fees/ penalties up the wazoo-- just because some prosecutor and JUDGE consider loving, feeding and protecting a pet an infraction of the law!
I learned to Cherchez le CUI BONUM! And what I came up with was this. City of L.A. and every other big city is filling up the DOCKET, then the jails so all their city employees, prosecutors, bailiffs, wardens, jailers, cops, social workers and psychiatrists can continue to make a huge living? YEAH! Is it all Nixon, Watergate and the CITY OF BELL and nothing else down here? Rogue money-sucking authority figures? Seems to be! If the shoe fits, wear it.
In the articles collected in "THE POOR WILL BE JAILED INDEX PAGE", you will see people jailed for not having money for a single utility bill and losing their homes. There's a mother whose child required a brief time in lock up. She couldn't afford the rent the state wanted for jailing the minor child -- so what else? They jailed her for non payment! That family will never be the same. There are families with their cars yanked away for tardy reg, license or insurance, (guess they needed food first,) where gov sells the car, levies penalties all of it providing 40million a yr for my state.
There's a tendency for those who hear of these cases to think it could never happen to them. Another tendency not to even have a compassionate outrage in the first place. I showed these articles to a multi-millionaire woman who did yoga, ate healthfoods, went to meditation seminars all over the world, had the most famous gurus, alive and dead, she claimed that she became so nauseated that she could only read a few words at the top, then had to delete them. She said "I dont let that into my reality.' She's proud of that fact! Imagine that. Callousness masked as spirituality! Similar to the shiny, sanctimonious laws of our authorities really hiding a core of self-serving tyrants basting in their own greed, cruelty and lies. Be watchful for the Monster Zorn's of this world. Nahhh. Don't be. Just bust the friggin' neighbor before she busts you!
P.S. Addendum. I submitted the facts about the Prosecutor being best friends with Bell, a partner in the Plaintiff's illegal, kitty-selling racket. How prosecutor should have recused himself, how conflict of interest was obvious. Emailed it to the public defender a few days before my last trial. I imagine she took it to the D.A's office for out of nowhere, the court suddenly reversed itself and said that I needed only one final punishment: to see a psychiatrist. I heard that in court, reminded social worker that I live a mile from a bus stop. She told D.A. who consulted judge. They said "well, he'll come to your home."
LATER ADDENDUM: Still had to go to court every month and a half for visits to make certain I hadn't gone near Dorothy's house. It was a 12 mile round trip, hiking streets to get to bus stops. Then a Social worker who city gave me drove me at public cost. That has given so far twenty court visits. Finally the social worker heard the two lady DA's talking saying 'Anita owns a big house, it's a jungle front and back, huge gardens and her curb trees have been cited a few times.." the social worker corrected the two women, "she rents, the landlord is a slumlord. And that social worker got court visits for next three years down to ONCE a year! With of course four 'official' letters or reports from her a year. For getting a stolen kitten back! California tried me at about a hundred thousand dollars cost and now will give me 3 yrs of of a city social worker driving me to the market, to the doctor and free psychiatry and free sleeping pills for all the anguish that has tweaked my nervous system? They won't give me a dentist, or food stamps but I can have a personal shrink make house calls? Is this state crazy? The shrink keeps asking me do I have manic moments and then depressed ones? Every visit, that's what he asks. I say, well it's depressing to no longer be starring in BONANZA shows, (that's me in red dress,) But I'm EIGHTY now...so I guess it's OK.

I DID NOT HAVE THE LUCK TO MEET MISS ZSUZSA BLAKELY who had same thing happen, the SPCA didn't like her home grown DOG-RESCUE ORG, the SPCA got VAN NUYS CALIFORNIA DISTRICT ATTORNEY DONALD COCEK to get the COPS to bust her, VIOLENTLY AND WITH PHYSICAL HARM, as COCEK favors SPCA and GETS THEM the huge CASH fines. THEY FINED BLAKELY 400,000$ almost a half million. They took her electronic equipment, cameras, tvs PCS and TOOK her HOME FROM HER, and HER BELOVED DOGS and then the SPCA KILLED THOSE DOGS. JUST ULTIMA THULE SADISM FROM THE SYSTEM.
