TDP Infra Red Health Chi Lamp, the special electromagnetic theraeutic apparatus,

heat level which then leaves you 20 minutes for treatment to start.For
your back pain, lay on your tummy on your bed or massage table. The first
use of this lamp.........you need to place it about 6-8" above the body.
you have to play with the distance from your body because
your comfort zone for heat may be different than mine. The heat should
be welcoming, not too hot. if you feel nothing, the head is too far away.
you'll know in 5 minutes. To futher test the heat you can place your hand
under the head...feel the heat radiate down to your hand. Do not look up
into the plate when the machine is on.
Protect your eyes if the head of the lamp is shining on the front of
your body near your chest. A scarf does that.
It comes with a manual, read the chart/diagram to see what the instructions
suggest for your problem.
I'm looking now at my chart of which you have a cc various soft tissue
injuries.......shine on injured area for 30-40 minutes. it says the effect
is 96.8% effective for that intent. repeated treatments give 100%.
Lumbago, shine on sacrum area 30-40 minutes. Sciatica, shine at waist/buttock.........remember
that the light radiates outward to surrounding areas. For example, i usually
shine the head at my belly button; from there it

left chest heart area. at this time you need to take a washcloth to
cover
