I asked why. He WROTE ME ABOUT HIS AMAZING SEGUE into potent, SPIRITUAL RITES OF PASSAGE. "ANITA, Believe it or not, I have had a rebirth! I AM in YOGA classes at the SENIOR CENTER, thusly EXITING THE AGE OF USELESSNESS & DEPRESSION --- newly ARMED against being a whining, pukish, sad SENIOR LONE WOLF, entirely AVOIDING GEEZER DESPAIR. I AM IN GEEZER REPAIR! All those repressed negative emotions and beliefs are being brought to surface to be acknowledged and (hopefully) released.  DOWNWARD FACING DOG if  not the STROKE POSE, i.e. HEADSTAND. I love my new youthful feistiness so do NOT want to STROKE FROM BLOOD DRAINING INTO MY HEAD. But I AM REBORN a YOUNG downward dog, --- very FEROCIOUS! "

Many MEN , are so ego identified that when their family goes, the job too, the ego collapses and they just shoot loved ones and  then themselves. Some just give up.  I feel like that sometimes.   I need to refine my "dream" and work to bring A USEFUL KIND OF GEORGE N. into fruition.  Leaning to support  others in a "5-D Transition Support Group".  You NEED a group.....one with skilled facilitation, a therapist or coach or just the exhilaration of YOGA. We ALL need a group. "The time of the Lone Wolf is Over"  said one native teacher whose name I don't recall this late.  I know other ways,  but they a personal therapist costs a good deal. "

SO I GET OUT MY KEYBoARD. "GREAT idea. But George, here's the PH.D level when you graduate downward dog. Take whole bunches of disheartened seniors and do the yoga group thing, THEN add a POST GRAD LEVEL. Turn them into ACTIVISTS, a TSUNAMI OF BERNIES! See I'm reading this book on LENIN. That's what he did, took Proletariat workers turned the into revolutionary, politically-aware LIGHTWORKERS with printing presses.

I am currently reading this SO HEAVY IN WEIGHT it is hard -to-read in my lap virtual TOME, bio of LENIN, (by Robert Payne, p. 1964, a buck at a thrift,) weighty in more ways than just tired wrists at midnight.. all about how he took instructions of HIS GURU a radical named NECHAYEV (L. never met him except thru pamphlets, secret treatises spewed by back street xerox machines. N was long dead.

Lenin was just a first year lawyer but S.N woke him up fast. In streets where he took alleys to go to these conversion meetings they'd LOSE HIM. Never see him.

LENIN spent years building the force of workers by sixes, into hardened angry intellectuals bent on revolt, toppling the new czar as old one had been assassinated to no avail. As his GURU Nechayev predicted, a forest of czars would rise behind every eliminated one.  We lose IKE we get JFK we lose JFK we get LBJ and NOXIOUS NIXON and on and on ---but the worst exchange was losing OBAMA and getting TRUMP but hey.
