PICKING LOTTERY NUMBERS TOGETHER, one of many of the daily RITUALS OF the LOVING FAMILY by anita sands hernandez

I was alone at home, watching TV, very relaxed, suddenly the TV says 'we are about to pick our lotto numbers,' they show our lotto city,  Sacramento, and they show a 'pingpong ball whirling machine. Hands come into frame. I figure I'll try to guess what is about to win and just ... well -- the numbers CAME TO ME. I wrote down six numbers.  And the hand takes the first ping pong ball, BINGO they pick those six numbers! MY JAW DROPPED. I had somehow sent my mind into what was about to happen. So I wrote up the method as "LOTTO LUCK, number picking that you do IN a semi MEDITATION" Try it!

WHEN? Every weekend, that's when we should do our pick. Saturday we're relaxed, not like WEEK DAYS. Now, I don't know what day THE DRAW is scheduled in your state, but it's usually Saturday at dinner hour. So you  buy a ticket every Saturday morning / midday or afternoon at your local LOTTO MACHINE!

The second thing is, turn the number picking into a family game. And every family needs a game. Healthy families have simple ecstasies and they have them together. For my kids it was fishing, clam digging, picnics in the park, or sitting together in the garden watching the dog or cat play while eating  lunch or picking fruit and making jam or PICKING lottery numbers with our psychic powers. It can be dining with friends and family all together in the lanai with Christmas tree lights strung around the eaves, hawaiian music playing, or Indian music…sarangi, so very romantic….but these things WARM UP the love between man and wife and that is the FOUNDATION for being able to play the PSYCHIC GAME of picking the winning LOTTERY NUMBERS. Or making any decisions in tandem. So light the candles and with the whole family around, play the LOTTERY NUMBER PICKING GAME.

MAKING money is a serious business. Entering the LOTTERY and doing it with faith in God, that he wants you to win, is also serious. But the way that you PICK lotto numbers, somewhat resembles a GAME. So WHEN you have a half hour to play this game of picking LOTTO numbers, psychically, do the game with someone that you’re in tune with. A child, wife, friend or with all of them. Make it a party. But the important thing is, pick as a spiritual group, make picking a prayer. Once I took my kids to Circus Circus Hotel in Las Vegas for a weekend. I gambled at intervals, always losing but when I called the kiddies in from the pool to sit on sidelines of Casino and watch their mom, wow! WE WON BIG! The difference was night and day. I never forgot that lesson. It helps to have a team rooting for you.

So mix MAYA AND MONEY WITH MAGIC AND METAPHYSICS. First do a breath session for exhilaration of the body and brain, then a soothing meditation to quiet that exhilarated perky brain & attain the serene mind necessary to do the psychic work of 'capturing the future event,'  by which you pick up lotto numbers. Hit a yoga class, even, as a family. Make that the party, we do yoga, we pick number, then we go out and eat! (Don't try psychic work on a full stomach.)

DO SOME PRANAYAM (long, slow nose breathing and stretches first), to get that LOTTO BLOOD to surge and the vital KUNDALINI to rise. Or Do some Yoga, --FIRE BREATH perhaps LYING ON THE FLOOR with two feet slightly off the floor say about 6" and head off the floor 6" --in an INVERTED V, You are sitting, but come up with head and feet, do fire breath, inhale, PULL IN, tighten lower centers, drive air up to third eye, exhale and down.

Then sit across from your mate or friend or child. If it's SATURDAY, establish the TIME of the lottery. That's real important as you are actually reading a future event. You can warm up to this several ways. ONE is to be tuned in on the t.v. the night they are pulling the numbers, one by one. Get everyone to t une in and figure out the NUMBER on the winning pull. Now you can't go OUT AND BUY THE TICKET but the answer will come over the TV in another two seconds. You get very relaxed and try to guess the next pingpong ball. Some of you will be real good at getting the numbers as it's an EVENT about to happen. THEN one SATURDAY the group does it at FOUR PM and goes and buys that ticket!

Try different ways. Try the phony TV lottery pick the way I did it, you're not buying a ticket cuz you're at home, you're just trying to establish that you have psychic powers to know a number that will be picked in the future. Later, do it in the morning together where you ESTABLISH in your mind when the event will be, SATURDAY NIGHT is the  pick, right? Then repeat to your unconscious, the draw will be tonight 7 pm, in the capital city, for me Sacramento. Tonight Saturday nite.. Set that in granite. Now one of you, relax, go into meditation. The other will READ off  the numbers, 1 thru 49 is that it? Five numbers? California has Five.

OR pair off. While one person is in meditation, the other handles reality. He intones slowly, "ONE,. TWO:". Take your time, a slow, regular rhythm. That person in meditation has his guardian angels around him and he will say aloud. 'yes' if a number feels right.

The team has the power so do your psychic number pick with a close pal after talking about what you would do with the wealth. One reads the numbers, the other sees if any one of 'em feels 'hot' or not.

YOGI BHAJANS's WILL POWER EXERCISE

START BY FIRMING THE MIDDLE CHAKRA.We call the first one, "Setting the Navel Point". It will GIVE HUGE body energy, magical power, psychicism, plus take away all 'lower' body urges, (booze/smokes/food/sex). It banishes physical spaciness, wandering thinking, fatigue & minor body discomforts, giving you WILL POWER & making you the master of your nervous system. When you are feeling dizzy, 'out of it,' fatigued, it's amazing what pulling energy firmly UP into this naval point can do to wake you up, make you clear minded. It allows no energy in the 2 lowest centers of the body. Do it before any important event! It gives a powerful aura, LUCK and will-power beyond anything you've ever known. It is without a doubt, the most amazing exercise in yoga. It does all this by setting the naval point pulse correctly. BEFORE YOU START. Lie on back, feel the pulse in your belly button. Well, it's probably wandered around an inch or so, to lower stomach or above button. We are going to straighten and align the POWER (or 'chi') center of the entire body but much MORE MIRACULOUS things will happen!

TO DO IT: Lie on your back on floor. (Soft bed won't do.) Inhale, come up into "V" position, stare at toes. Fingers to toes.

HOLD that deep breath in for a few seconds, then exhale as you lie down. Do this twice, to prepare stomach muscles.THEN, we do it the real way. Inhale slowly and deeply as you come up into V; then do the "bellows" breath very fast while you STAY in the V position. BELLOWS: nose-exhale completely OUT, hard and fast, nose-inhale IN, hard and fast. Repeat once a second, 60 times per minute, It sounds like a bellows blowing at a fire quickly. Do this in/out breathing as many times as you can, in this V position. Then, when you can do no more, one FINAL inhale, STAY UP, and you tighten the lower 2 centers (rectum, sex organs) of the body, pull the belly button point IN VERY TIGHT to spine. HOLD until you are shaking all over. Relax, exhale & lie down in one motion. Rest. Now, if you feel the pulse at belly button it will be centered in the 'button.' You will get up, notice no fatigue, no urge to eat, & no other unseemly physical urges bothering you. Use this kriya to break attraction to food or unwished romantic needs. It will, like magic. But it also MAGNIFIES & lifts the energy of the body, the circulation to the top part of body, allowing you supernatural states of concentration, intelligence, action, power, clarity and awareness.

NOW DO HIGHER CENTERING. Sit in 'Lotus' pose, Shut eyes. Slow breath by deep, regular breathing. Then, one final, deep nose-inhale, pull energy up to 3rd eye, see that purple neon spot pulsing between eyes at brow level. Hold attention there. Exhale/continue to focus on spot w. NO THOUGHTS, while you slow-breathe. Now, visions will come to you.

You can ask questions of your higher self in this state, "What is X person really thinking" or "when will my sweetheart come?". Or you can pretend X person has come into the room and carry on conversations with him orher. Pretend you hear the verbal answers. Ask heavy stuff. Make demands, get agreements. This is how to persuade people to do what you want, give you what you need, SOUL RADIO. Mental transmission to them. Imagine that his heart and yours are linked by a pink laser beam of love. See what the X person does in the daydream image. Is he or she receptive to love?

Of course, you can use metaphysics for more than romance. Pretend you have God on the line. A golden ray connects your heart to his. You are infused with divine energy which will flow thru you to everyone you see today. You will 'be magic,' help people, attract luck, miracles and thusly help yourself! Also, while you're at it, ask GOD to help you fight off so much of 'that stuff you use,' that wine, coffee, ciggies.

THAT PROPELS THE INTENTION. A FEW HOURS LATER SHE  CALLED ME SCREAMING WITH JOY THAT SHE HAD WON THE CONTEST!!! Coincidence? I think
